JUNE 1
9600 block 231st Place Southwest: Victim’s vehicle was shot at with a BB gun while driving in the area of 9400 block of 232nd Street Southwest, resulting in a shattered window on the driver’s side. No arrests made.
400 block Edmonds Way: A drunk driver crashed his vehicle after driving off road and tried to drive away from the scene, but was unable to get very far due to vehicle damage and was arrested.

JUNE 2
500 block Main Street: A bicycle was stolen from the back of a business during the night.

JUNE 3
22200 block 96th Avenue West: A bicycle was stolen out of victim’s open carport

JUNE 4
23200 block 100th Avenue West:  Unknown suspect(s) sprayed white paint along the exterior walls of a school gym.

JUNE 5
23800 block Highway 99: A driver was stopped by police for driving on the wrong side of the roadway. The suspect was arrested for DUI.
17900 block 73rd Avenue West:  Police were called to the scene of a separated couple arguing about how to split their IRS check.
7600 block 212th Street Southwest: Reported arson in a garbage can in the boys’ restroom at Edmonds-Woodway High School.

JUNE 6
10000 block 242nd Place Southwest: An unauthorized entry into a home was reported. The thieves took off with firearms and gold coins.
22500 block Highway 99: A woman shopping at the Ranch Market reported that someone stole her purse from the shopping cart, and suspect(s) stole her vehicle from the parking lot.
22800 block 102nd Place West: A woman reports identity theft after she discovers that someone had opened three credit card accounts under her name.

JUNE 7
23900 block 74th Avenue West: Unknown suspect(s) entered victim’s unsecured vehicle during the night, rummaged through the glove box/center console, and fled. Nothing was taken.
22800 block 100th Avenue West: A small bag of marijuana was found in the aisle of a grocery store.

JUNE 8
8700 236th Street Southwest: Thieves prowled a vehicle during the night and took off with an IPod, headphones and sub woofers. No arrests have been made.
22300 block 76th Avenue West: Victim reports an unauthorized purchase on her checking account after checking her online bank statement. She has since closed the account and the bank has issued her with a new check debit card
9400 block 232nd Street Southwest: Theft of a bike from an unsecured garage
21200 block Highway 99: A man’s wild night of drinking came to a complete stop after he realized that his car was stolen.
9400 block 232nd Street Southwest: A 31-year old female reported that she and her 35-year old boyfriend had a disagreement that escalated into a physical altercation. At one point the female was pushed down onto a couch with the man landing on top of her, causing minor injury. The suspect left before police arrived, so officers conducted an area search in an attempt to locate him. Police have issued a warrant for the man’s arrest on fourth-degree domestic assault.

 

  1. Kids have always needed something to do in Edmonds… BB guns, stolen bikes, graffiti, pot…. Churches and businesses should try to offer solutions for the youth instead of closing their doors at 7pm.

  2. That is the problem isn’t it? State mayors, govenors, senators, in short elected officials, that actually lead their community and come up with ideas for this very problem. There are different organizations for them to go to but will they go? I think its the breaking down of the family. If there is a family. We need more men to lead.
