Ribbon cutting for Celtic Cowboy

The Freemans also set out samples of their specialty fare, from rib tips to jalapeno corn bread, a preview of food that will be available for sale during the Edmonds Kind of Fourth fireworks celebration Wednesday night.
Of course, with the name Celtic Cowboy, there had to be bagpipe music.
