Reminder: Free popcorn, photos and ADA parking at Edmonds Conference Center today

Edmonds is a spectacular place to celebrate America’s Independence Day, and the Edmonds Conference Center at 4th Avenue North and Bell Street is ready to help you enjoy the day. The conference center will have their very own Uncle Sam handing out free popcorn and he will also be available for memorable photo opportunities.

Fresh-popped corn will be available in front of the conference center before, during and after the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce 11:30 a.m.  children’s and noon main parades. The center will also be open to the public for use of restrooms, as a way to escape whatever the weather brings, or for the community to explore conference center facilities.

Handicapped parking spaces are available in the front and back of the center. The Edmonds Conference Center continues to honor our community’s senior citizens by offering a limited amount of parking behind the center in our off-street lots. Our entire facility is Americans with Disabilities Act compliant, making it safe and easy to access.

Visitors are also welcome to enjoy the center’s art gallery featuring the intriguing work of local photographer, Jacob Smithers. Jacob’s photography collection, “Environmental Still Life”, will be on display in our gallery until Friday, Aug. 10.

For driving directions, visit the conference center website.
