Saying cheese for the expanded Cheesemonger

Cheesemonger’s Table co-owner Maria Montalvo stands before the sign of the relocated Resident Cheesemonger in Old Milltown. Among the food items offered at the restaurant grand opening Tuesday: House truffled popcorn, $3; Basque country salad, $6; Ploughman’s plate, $12; and a glass of Sangiovese, $6. 1. What a terrific place! We have eaten there twice already & were impressed each time. Everything that can be is local. Salume salami, sodas (Jones) & even better; local beer (GALLAGHER’S)!

Thanks Strom & Maria for giving us such a great choice for a meal!
