Julie Van Tosh captured the beautiful cloud patterns in Edmonds Tuesday that provided a backdrop for the ferry and a flag at half staff on the Edmonds waterfront. Gov. Chris Gregoire ordered flags lowered to honor U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Sean Carson, who was killed Aug. 16 in a helicopter crash in Afghanistan.
