Edmonds Center for the Arts hosts sixth annual gala and auction Sept. 29

The Edmonds Center for the Arts will launch its sixth season in celebratory fashion with its annual gala and auction on Saturday, Sept. 29, beginning at 5 p.m.

The annual event raises funds to help ECA continue to deliver essential arts experiences in the community for local and regional audiences. New this year, single tickets will be available for purchase online at www.ec4arts.org.  To request an invitation, please call the ECA administration office at 425-275-4485.

The evening will feature fantastic food, with a menu provided by Shooby Doo Catering and a signature cocktail created by FIVE Restaurant and Bistro. Celebrity auctioneer John Curley will delight you with his energy and excitement, and the silent and live auctions will feature amazing items unique to the event. To keep the event fresh and exciting, some new opportunities for this year’s event have been added, and they include:

VIP tables: Benefits for this experience include separate check-in, premium parking, priority purchase of Best of Live raffle tickets, premier seating, premium wines with dinner and dedicated table service.

Best Patron Instant Wine Cellar Ever: Thanks to an enhanced partnership with Arista Wine Cellars, this live auction item will become a larger wine lot than ever before, featuring patrons’ personal selections and those recommended by Ruth and David Arista. Stop by or call Arista Wine Cellars at 435-771-7009 to participate.

ECA Brew Crew, powered by Gallaghers’ Where-U-Brew: Become part of this exclusive new club. Buy in to this item and enjoy a special craft beer created just for this group, for this night only, by the one and only Dennis Gallagher.

Keep watching the ECA website for updates and details as auction items are added. Space is limited and this event sold out last year.
