Make a plan before a medical crisis happens: St. Albans to host Advance Care Planning event Oct. 14

If an unexpected medical crisis occurs, do you have a plan in place to make sure your wishes are followed? If not, St. Alban’s Episcopal Church in Edmonds is sponsoring an Advance Care Planning program after the 10:30 a.m. service on Sunday, Oct. 14

Susanne Kromberg, Spiritual Care Manager at Swedish/Edmonds Hospital, and Julia Rouse, Clinical Nurse Educator, will present the program. Get all of your questions answered concerning plans that ideally should be made before a crisis happens and end-of-life care is needed.

There is no charge for this event, which includes lunch served by the St. Alban’s Parish Care Team immediately after the service and before the meeting. St. Alban’s is located at 21405 82nd Pl. W. For more information, call 425-778-0371
