Class of 1962 reunited

Mary Bruce Haunreiter shared this photo of the Edmonds High School Class of 1962’s recent 50th reunion, held at the Edmonds Senior Center. “A better location could not have been picked,” she said. “As children and teens, many classmates played on the beach in front of what was then were rows of boat houses. The weather was beautiful and it was a great evening of renewing old acquaintances.”

  1. Thank you, Mary Bruce Haunreiter, for getting this beautiful photo of our 50th Edmonds High School class reunion on Saturday, September 8, into My Edmonds News. I am so glad to see it here. Was surprised to see there was no notice of our reunion at the time of the reunion. This was taken behind the EdmondsSenior Center . . . what a great place to have our Reunion!!!! The Haunreiter’s son, Kurt, was the photographer, and this photos was planned to have the ferry in the background, and the sunset in just the right place. Indeed, a perfect evening!
