Entertainment Book sale wrap-up
The Entertainment Book Sale is over. Please turn in your money to Mrs. Daines in the ASB office. The cost of the books is $30 per book. Checks must be made out to “Edmonds School District” not to the Music Booster Club. Any books still in your possession have become your property and must be paid for. Thanks for supporting EW Music by selling this popular item.

Pacific Lutheran Orchestra Festival – This Saturday Oct. 13
Chamber Orchestra will be attending the Pacific Lutheran University orchestra festival in Tacoma Saturday. The orchestra will leave at about 9 a.m. and return that evening at about 7 p.m.. Please contact Mrs. Helseth if you have any questions.

Gala Committe’s first meeting of the year – Oct. 17
The Spring Gala is our biggest fundraiser of the year. The Gala Committee will be having their first meeting on Oct. 17 at 7 p.m. at Bev Franklin’s house. All parents interested in contributing to the Gala are encouraged to attend. There are large and small ways for everyone to contribute. Come out and join us. Applications to sell at the Music Boosters Holiday Arts and Crafts
The Music Boosters will be holding our popular Arts and Craft Fair on Saturday. Dec. 1 in the Great Hall. We are recruiting crafts people to participate in the fair. Call Marikay Gillingham at 425-478-1810 or mgillingham@frontier.com for more information.

PCC Gift Cards
Music Boosters will offer $10 gift cards as a new fundraiser in partnership with the PCC grocery stores. You purchase cards for the full value of $10 and Music Boosters will earn five percent of that purchase. You can use the card at any PCC stores and then refill it as needed. You can refill your card at the registers at any PCC location, for any amount between $50 and $1,000. Five percent of all your scrip card refills are rebated to our organization. You can ask for your balance at any PCC checkstan or view it online or scan the back of the card with a mobile device. A check is sent to Music Boosters twice a year with the rebated amount.
