For fans of the My Edmonds News series, “The Publishing Project,” tonight is a big event. One of the authors, Kizzie Jones, launches her book, “How Dachshunds Came to Be: A Tall Tale About a Short Long Dog,” at the Edmonds Library Plaza tonight at 6:30 p.m. The public is invited to meet the author and enjoy refreshments, including sugar cookies shaped like Dachshunds.
