Seen in Edmonds: Anybody have an oar?

Peter Gibson captured flooding Monday at Dayton Street, a fairly common occurrence when Edmonds gets heavy rain.

  1. Everett is actively installing rain gardens to help with storm water control. PCC has installed them in their parking lot. Would this be something Edmonds should consider?
