As My Edmonds News counts down the top holiday gifts, we look at selections that are more than stocking stuffers. And coming in #4 on our list of favorite holiday gifts is a certificate for Music Together classes at Alley Bell Music.
Director and teacher Sarah Richard filled us in: “I have noticed many parents looking for gifts that create an experience for their children, rather than just more stuff around the house. We offer gift certificates in any increment that can be used towards tuition costs of our classes. The winter semester begins Jan. 8, and we will be making music with the fantastic Drum Collection!”
According to Richard, the trained teachers at Alley Bell Music lead groups of six to twelve children and their parents or caregivers in forty-five minutes of music and movement exercises. Each semester families receive two new CDs – one for home and one for on-the-go—along with an illustrated songbook filled with music-making ideas. Plus, if you use the code, “My Edmonds News” as your referral, you will receive a tote bag and two rhythm sticks, along with $15 off selected programs. We won’t say it’s exactly music to your ears, but it will make your children busy for a long time.
To purchase a gift certificate, call 425-670-0569 or visit the Alley Bell website.
