Monday’s Seattle-to-Edmonds Sounder train service canceled due to mudslide

Updated at 2:57 p.m. Monday with special bus options for evening commute.

Northline Sounder service between Seatle and Everett is canceled for the evening commute on Monday, Dec. 17, due to a mudslide that occurred between Everett and Mukilteo, Sound Transit said.

Bus service options for Edmonds commuters

On Monday evening, between Seattle and Edmonds: Board special direct Edmonds bus at 4th & Jackson at 5:05 p.m. or regularly scheduled Community Transit Route 416 at temporary stop on northbound 5th, between James and Cherry at 4:27 p.m., 4:58 p.m., 5:31 p.m. and 5:57 p.m.

On Tuesday morning between Edmonds and Seattle: Board regularly scheduled Community Transit Route 416 at Edmonds Station departing at 6:15 a.m., 6:35 a.m., 6:55 a.m., and 7:47 a.m.
