Everett-to-Seattle commuter rail service to resume Thursday

Sound Transit’s Sounder service from Everett to Seattle will resume service Thursday morning after mudslides closed the tracks last month. Riders should expect some delays as track crews complete clean-up work along the rail line.

North Line Sounder service will operate as scheduled, with the first train leaving Everett Station at 5:45 a.m., Sound Transit said. More North Line schedule information is available here.

Alternate bus service options Wednesday evening for Seattle-Edmonds Sounder riders:
Board regularly scheduled Community Transit Route 416 at 5th and James at 4:27 p.m., 4:58 p.m., 5:31 p.m. and 5:57 p.m.
