Mayor Dave Earling joined the owners of Cafe Louvre, Haija Alhussieni and Nabil Alhussieni, for Edmonds Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting Thursday. The cafe has taken over the former Tully’s location at 210 5th Ave. S.
