Got electronic waste? You can recycle it at Edmonds CC Saturday

Do you have unwanted TVs, computers, monitors, keyboards or any other broken electronics piling up in your garage or basement? How about a box or drawer filled with old cell phones? Bring them to Edmonds Community College this Saturday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Edmonds CC is taking part in RecycleMania, a nationwide recycling competition between colleges, and the school is putting a special focus on the electronics waste category. The entire community e-waste is invited to recycle their electronics by bringing items to the college, 20000 68th Ave. W., Lynnwood (Parking Lot A). Signs will be posted on campus.
All households, non-profit organizations, K-12 schools and small businesses with less than 50 employees may recycle the following for free at this community event:
-Televisions
-Computer monitors
-Desktop computers
-Laptops
-Cell phones (all cell phones collected will be used to raise funds for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day event to help in the fight against breast cancer).

E-Waste will also recycle washers, dryers, printers, VCRs and other miscellaneous electronics for a small fee. Please contact E-Waste, LLC for pricing on any other items.
