Learn how to protect frogs and their habitat at Edmonds Parks & Rec class Saturday

Here is your opportunity to get involved in Frogwatch USA, a volunteer program that contributes to preventing the decline of frogs and protecting important wetland habitats.  In an Edmonds Parks and Recreation class this Saturday, March 30, Thayer Cueter of the Just Frogs Foundation will teach you how to collect and report information about frog and toad populations here in Washington.

Kids aged 10 and up are welcome, if registering with an adult.  Registration is $18 for Edmonds residents, $21 non-residents and there is a $5 supply fee. Class takes place Saturday, March 30, 10 a.m.-noon at the Frances Anderson Center, and a field trip will be scheduled in April.

Register with Edmonds Parks & Recreation by calling 425-771-0230 or visit www.reczone.org.
