Edmonds Daybreakers present check for EWHS Jazz Band trip to New York City

The Edmonds Rotary Daybreakers recently presented a $1,000 check to the Edmonds-Woodway High School Jazz Band, to help with expenses for their  trip next week to the Essentially Ellington Jazz competition in New York City Only 15 schools are selected nationwide for this competition every year.

The Edmonds Daybreakers have long supported student jazz programs through the annual Edmonds Jazz Connection, held each year on Memorial Day weekend, and by offering financial support to school music programs.
