A reminder of the Health & Fitness Expo this Saturday, May 18, from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at Edmonds-Woodway High School Stadium. The Expo is free and open to the public. Expo includes over 30 interactive booths, Rubber Chicken Relays, soccer skills clinic hosted by North Sound SeaWolves FC, and a cheer clinic hosted by UW cheerleaders and Sea Gals.

Healthy brown bag lunches available while quantities last. Get your hand stamped at the expo for free admission into the 1p.m. North Sound SeaWolves FC opening game.
There will also be a Conquer the Hill 5k held in conjunction with the Health & Fitness Expo. The 5k begins at 9 a.m. Register today at www.getmeregistered.com (through 4 p.m. May 17) or in-person at the Frances Anderson Center, 700 Main St., Edmonds. Cost is $30 per person; race-day registration if space permitting.
