Students at Meadowdale High School got a first-hand look at the dangers of drinking and driving during the annual Prom Mock DUI event Monday afternoon in the school parking lot.

Students with gory blood makeup acted out the consequences of a head-on collusion with two crashed cars. Real police and fire personnel also were a part of the presentation, responding as they would in real life. Juniors and seniors attended an assembly in the gym before heading out to the parking lot to watch the event.
