Scene in Edmonds: Mellow music at Hazel Miller Plaza

tn_DSC_6638_cropIt was a warm, wonderful Edmonds evening Thursday, made more so by the mellow sounds of singer-songwriters Terry and Jerry Holder performing as part of the Hazel Miller Plaza summer concert series.

The concert series is sponsored by the Hazel Miller Foundation and coordinated by the Edmonds Arts Commission. The free concerts run through August on Thursday evenings from 5 to 6 pm, and on Tuesdays from noon to 1 p.m. at the corner of Fifth  and Maple in downtown Edmonds.

Ah yes, it’s indeed a privilege to live in such a vibrant arts community.

  1. I would like the Thursday evenings concerts to run from 7-8, or at least 6-7, so that people who have day jobs could attend. The later times seem to be the norm for other free concerts in the area.
