Aug. 22
23500 block 76th Avenue West: A neighbor complained about generator noises coming a nearby home. The noise was witnessed by reporting officer, who said it was not considered loud at the front of the residence. The complainant said that from his property, the noise is much louder. He will turn in a video and a decibel recording from his phone application later at the police department.

Aug. 26
9700 block Firdale Avenue: A woman was captured on video leaving a small animal carrier by the front door of a business. A cat was in the carrier and was transported to the Adix Kennels for care and adoption. There is an ongoing animal cruelty-abandonment investigation.

Aug. 27
21900 block Highway 99: A female shoplifter had an altercation with loss prevention and was taken to jail.

Aug. 28
22000 block 76th Avenue West: A male was arrested after assaulting another subject. A search revealed he was in possession of a controlled substance, motor vehicle theft tools, and drug paraphernalia.
