Citizens are invited to join Snohomish County park staff to help with a beautification project at Esperance Park Saturday, Sept. 21 from 9 a.m. to noon. Sponsored by the Snohomish County Parks Department and the Friends of Esperance Park, this volunteer event is for the whole family and can be counted as community service.
The park is located at 7830 222nd S.W. in unincorporated Edmonds.
Volunteers are needed to help clean and beautify the forest and park grounds. Clean-up activities include trash pickup, raking leaves, invasive plant removal and cleaning trails. Some tools will be provided. Please bring gloves and tools if possible.
