Dellazine Moran sits on the bench that was dedicated in memory of her late husband William (Bill) Moran by the Rotary Club of Edmonds. Bill was a long-time, active Rotarian who also participated in the Shriners Clowns group.  The bench is located on Main Street, just east of Sound Styles.
