Edmonds Museum Summer Market season over Saturday: Time to stock up for winter

Will you chip in to support our nonprofit newsroom with a donation today? Yes, I want to support My Edmonds News!

Edmonds-Historical-Museum_Summer-Market_Logo-TanIt seems like just last week that we were opening the Edmonds Saturday Market for the Summer, and yet it was 14 fabulous weeks ago.  Thank you first for being with us through the summer.  Whether sunny, rainy, windy, crazy hot, or just a perfect day, you came out and made us feel like part of your family.  A feeling that is unique to this market and community in general, which is why we love coming back every year.

So as we look toward this last market of the season, remember to stock up for winter.  Whether you are picking up tomatoes to make a delicious sauce, peppers or tomatillos for salsa, lamb or pork for roasting for holiday feasting, honey just because it is amazing, pasta for tomorrow and for the next few weeks, we have what you are looking for.

I would like to add that we also will be featuring a wonderfully wide variety of artisans, who will be bringing their handmade wares to the market this last time. With under 100 days till Christmas and the holiday season, it is never too early to start picking up a few things for family and friends.

Thanks again to everyone who has made this season so special for all of us!

See you next year at the Garden Market in May!!
