Scarecrows have been popping up all around Edmonds, and it’s time to pick your favorite. Entries in the Edmonds Museum Scarecrow Festival are now posted on the Museum website. You have until Oct. 31 to vote in each of the three categories: Business In The Bowl, Business Outside the Bowl, and Residential. From now until Oct. 31, My Edmonds News will highlight a Scarecrow of the Day
The contest is being held in conjunction with the museum’s 40th anniversary, and the winner will be announced at the Museum’s fundraising banquet Friday, Nov. 8.
Rick Steves of Edmonds-based Europe Through the Back Door will speak at the dinner, which is open to the public.
He has a brain and will be heading over to the Wade James Theater to appear in the Wizard of Oz by November 22…
