Each Wednesday morning from 7:30 to 9 a.m., Fairwinds – Brighton Court, 6520 196th St. S.W. in Lynnwood. Parking is available in the Monroe Hall parking lot. Continental breakfast is provided or a full breakfast can be ordered for $8.

Thursday, Oct. 31, Halloween
Get Ready for Halloween Trick-or-Treat Night from 5-7 p.m.. Fun for entire family, lots of goodies and a costume contest. Also, you can join the “Edmonds Thriller Flash Mob” — meet at the Museum (118 5th Ave. N.) at 5:15 pm. Learn the moves here.
