Melissa Chapman's house at 610 Maple Street wins the spooktacular award hands down.  "I've been doing this for about 10 years," she said.  "Halloween is our favorite day of the year. We always take vacation and decorate. We love having the kids come around." How much has she invested in Halloween decorations? "Enough to buy a car or two," she laughed.
