North Sound Church is offering a safe and supportive environment for families to work through financial challenges together.
Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University kicks off Wednesday, April 16. The course will run for nine weeks, meeting weekly from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at 5th Place in The Gregory Building located at 505 5th Ave S, Edmonds. Anyone interested in learning more is welcome to attend the April 16 session, free of charge. There will also be a class preview on Sunday, April 13 at North Sound Church at 11 a.m.
Frank and Ailsa Yamamoto will be leading the course for North Sound. Frank Yamamoto, who has 30 years’ experience in executive management, teaches a finance class at Edmonds Community College. Formerly with the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce, Ailsa (Kellam) Yamamoto has an MBA in organizational behavior and teaches finance and leadership at the college. The $93 registration fee includes DVDs, a book by Dave Ramsey, workbook, chart to track progress and a lifetime membership to Financial Peace University.
North Sound Church is located at 404 Bell St. in Edmonds.
