My Edmonds News welcomes summer intern Caitlin Plummer

Caitlin Plummer, a Meadowdale High School graduate and Lynnwood native, will be interning with My Edmonds News and My Edmonds News TV this summer.

Plummer is studying print and digital journalism at the University of Southern California, and will start her sophomore year at USC this August. Her column, “Real Talk With Caitlin Plummer,” was featured on My Edmonds News in 2012 and 2013, and she has since been published in both USC’s newspaper, the Daily Trojan, and its online publication, Neon Tommy.

She enjoys writing articles on a variety topics, ranging from current events to the portrayal of women in the media. She is excited to return to both My Edmonds News and the Pacific Northwest during her summer vacation.
