Scene in Edmonds: Art on the walkway

You may have noticed during Thursday's Art Walk Edmonds the sidewalk art gallery of James Sheppard, which was located on Main Street, just down from Rouge. Colorful, compelling, and compassionate was my take on the collection. Compassionate because the sidewalk gallery was organized as a fundraiser by Sheppard's brother, Heronemo, to benefit the artist, who is battling leukemia. -- From Emily Hill
