According to a recent announcement on the store’s Facebook page, Edmonds Hardware & Paint — along with Seattle Home Builders Center and Wallingford Tweedy & Popp — are now affiliated with True Value. “This change in affiliation will enable our family of stores to serve you even better while maintaining the friendly neighborhood store atmosphere you’ve come to expect,” the announcement said.
Edmonds Hardware & Paint True Value is located in the upper level of Old Milltown, at 201 5th Ave. S., Ste. 206.
I love these guys! You might save a few cents at a giant box store, but you’ll waste an hour getting there and wandering around trying to find anything, even an answer. Save your gas, save your time, and support your local hardware store!
I agree with Gregg. The staff are unfailingly helpful and patient in meeting my sometimes unformed needs.
I was there at lunch today, they have metric stainless steel fasteners. Great store.
It is nice to have a true hometown hardware store. If I buy something that is the wrong size, it is only a five minute drive to purchase the correct item.
