We’re certain that cameras were out all over Edmonds — indeed, all over Puget Sound — Sunday night. Not only was there a spectacular rainbow — no doubt due to thundershowers in some parts of the area — but the sunset was simply spectacular. Here’s a sampling of photos we received:

It was one of the most spectacular sunsets I can remember and we have many beautiful ones. The colors were ethereal and the pink rainbow in the eastern horizon was incredible. I am so glad others caught it on camera..

Wow it was amazing
Mother Nature at her best. We get some beautiful sunsets in California but I’m not sure I’ve seen anything quite this breathtaking. It must have been amazing to witness in person!
