Jimmy Shane brought the Oberto hydroplane to the top of a qualifying ladder for this weekend’s Columbia cup in Kennewick. Shane took his boat around the course and average speed of over 160 3MPH. Second was J. Michael Kelly with the Graham Trucking at an average of over 161MPH,
Our local hydroplane, the Miss Peters and May, qualified at an average speed of just over 148 mph.
