In My Edmonds News’ quest for the best summertime businesses, Jamie Fender of Sisters Baking Company sent the following note:

“Rain City Crunch is a great snack for any of your summer activities. Rain City Crunch has been taken far and wide, including a hike to Machu Pichu. The crunch is packed full of good for you nuts (almonds and pecans), seeds (pumpkin, sunflower and sesame), cranberries and heart healthy oats. It’s gluten free, all natural and has no GMOs. All of this granola goodness is held together by a caramel crunch made from local butter, cream and pure cane sugar and honey, with no additives or stabilizers.

“Rain City Crunch is available locally at: Edmonds Market Fresh IGA, Revelations Yogurt as a topping, Triton Espresso at Edmonds Community College, Manna Mills, and Ballinger Thriftway.” For more information visit the Sisters Baking Company website or see the story here. And if you have a business or product with a summertime angle, send an email to janette@myedmondsnews.com.

  1. We have it shipped to PA, and I can’t keep enough of it around, especially the Spicy Sister Crunch. I had to buy a case because my coworkers kept wanting more.
