Get your buckets and shovels ready: Sand sculpting contest Tuesday

It’s time to get creative and enjoy some serious beach time this Tuesday, Aug. 12 when the City of Edmonds presents the annual Sand Sculpting Contest from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at Marina Beach, 650 Admiral Way S.

Nama’s Candy is providing prizes, and judging for the “Golden Bucket Awards” begins at noon.
