On video: Edmonds City Councilmembers put media on ice for good cause

New on My Edmonds News TV: On Sunday, Aug. 24, representatives of the Edmonds news media get dumped on by members of the Edmonds City Council for a good cause: the Ice Bucket Challenge to raise money and awareness for ALS. After getting doused with ice water, each media member also went on to issue a 24-hour challenge to the following — My Edmonds News writer/photographer Larry Vogel challenged Edmonds Arts and Culture Manager Frances Chapin and Edmonds Police Chief Al Compaan; My Edmonds News Publisher Teresa Wippel challenged Edmonds Police Sgt. Mark Marsh and Sound Transit Marketing and Creative Services Director Tim Healey; and Edmonds Beacon Editor Laura Daniali challenged Beacon Publisher Paul Archipley.
