Tuesday, Sept. 23 is Voter Registration Day. Have you just turned 18? Have you recently had a change of address? Are you a new resident of Washington? Members of the League of Women Voters of Snohomish County will be at tables in local libraries at the following times to help with voter registration:

Edmonds Library, 650 Main St., from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Lynnwood Library, 19200 44th Ave. W., from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Mukilteo Library, 4675 Harbour Poiinte Blvd., from 4 to 8 p.m.
