Last night at Edmonds PCC Cooks, chef Erin Coopey brought her Spanish Seasonal Table to a packed class of foodies. Coopey also shared the inside scoop about her recent win on ‘Guy’s Grocery Games‘ with host Guy Fieri and the challenge of making her paprika sauce chocolate cakes with baby food but no chocolate. (Hint: her fellow contestant helped her out for the win). Last night’s version of the winning recipe was absolutely perfect and without a trace of baby food.
