Snohomish County Fire District 1 responded to 736 calls Oct. 16-29: 571 emergency medical aid calls, 68 motor vehicle collisions, 21 fires, 20 service calls, 9 natural gas leaks, 7 hazardous materials calls and 40 automatic fire alarms.

Oct. 16

COLLISION:  At 12:31 p.m., a two-car collision was reported at 244^th Street SW and Highway 99 in Edmonds. Firefighters transported one patient to Swedish/Edmonds Hospital.

COLLISION:  At 4:47 p.m., a collision was reported at 164^th Street SW and I-5 north of  Lynnwood. Firefighters transported one patient to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.

COLLISION:  At 7:06 p.m., a two-car collision was reported at  244^th Street SW and 76^th Avenue W in Edmonds. Firefighters transported two patients to Swedish/Edmonds Hospital.

Oct. 17

COLLISION:  At 10:03 a.m., a two-car collision was reported at 228^th Street SW and 44^th Avenue W in Mountlake Terrace. Firefighters transported one patient to Swedish/Edmonds Hospital.

CAR FIRE:  At 9:39 p.m., firefighters extinguished a car fire on southbound I-5 north of 164^th Street SW. No one was injured.

Oct. 18

COLLISION:  At 8:26 p.m., a two-car collision occurred at 236^th Street SW and 47th Place W in Mountlake Terrace. Firefighters transported one patient to Swedish/Edmonds Hospital.

Oct. 20

COLLISION:  At 8:42 a.m., a three-car collision was reported on southbound I-5 at I-405 Firefighters transported one patient to Swedish/Edmonds Hospital.

COLLISION:  At 9:13 a.m., a collision was reported at the 128^th Street SW on-ramp to southbound I-5 south of Everett. Firefighters transported one patient to Swedish/Edmonds Hospital.

COLLISION:  At 1:54 p.m., a two-car collision occurred at 196^th Street SW and Alderwood Mall Parkway. Firefighters transported one patient to Swedish/Edmonds Hospital.

Oct.  23

COLLISION:  At 10:02 a.m., a two-car collision was reported at the intersection of 196^th Street SW and 80^th Avenue W in Edmonds. Firefighters transported one patient to Swedish/Edmonds Hospital.

COLLISION:  At 11:03 a.m., a rollover collision was reported on the southbound I-5 on-ramp to southbound I-405 north of Lynnwood. Firefighters transported two patients to Evergreen Hospital.

COLLISION:  At 3:55 p.m., a head-on collision was reported in the 11900 block of northbound Highway 99 south of Everett. Firefighters transported three patients to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.

Oct. 24

COLLISION:  At 2:32 p.m., a car went off the road down an embankment on northbound I-5 south of 164^thStreet SW near Lynnwood. Firefighters used rescue tools to free the occupants from the wreckage and transported two patients to Swedish/Edmonds Hospital.

COLLISION:  At 9:09 p.m., a two-car head-on collision was reported at 117^th Street SE and 51^st Avenue SE east of Everett. Firefighters transported one patient to Swedish/Mill Creek Emergency Room.

Oct. 26

COLLISION:  At 3:16 p.m., a two-car collision was reported in the 14500 block of Ash Way north of Lynnwood. Firefighters transported one patient to Swedish/Mill Creek Emergency Room.

Oct. 27

COLLISION: At 11:27 p.m., a car went off the road on northbound I-5 north of the I-405 interchange near Lynnwood. Firefighters transported one patient to Harborview Medical Center.
