Among the issues to be discussed:
– Who will be your voice if you are unable to speak?
– What life-sustaining treatments do you want?
– What documents make your choices known to others?
All are welcome to join the conversation and learn how personal values can shape medical care through advance care planning. The event is sponsored by Snohomish County Health Leadership Coalition in partnership with Edmonds Lutheran Church.
