Meadowdale High School student Raymond Zhao received the November Student of the Month Award from the Edmonds Rotary Noon Club on Tuesday Nov. 25. Richard Okimoto presented the award. Samantha Paul, right, is a counselor at Meadowdale High School and coordinates the program with the Rotary Club.
