The Chabad Jewish Center of Snohomish County, in collaboration with the Lynnwood Diversity Commission, will celebrate Chanukah with the third annual Menorah Lighting Ceremony.
The ceremony is scheduled at 3 p.m. this afternoon at Wilcox Park, 5215 196th St. S.W., Lynnwood. Director of the Chabad, Rabbi Berel Paltiel, will officiate the kindling of the 9-foot menorah. The public is advised to bring a candle to light in unity in commemoration of the occasion.
