Edmonds resident Carol Sanford has again been recognized for her work as a business consultant and author.

First, Sanford was named one of the 2015 Trust Across America-Trust Around the World Top Thought Leaders in Trust. It is the third straight year Sanford has been honored by the organization, which celebrates professionals who are transforming the way organizations do business.

The organization noted that Sanford, a consultant to both Fortune 500 and new-economy businesses for more than 30 years, “believes that business can and will play a major role in creating a better world”

In addition, Sanford’ book, “The Responsible Entrepreneur: Four Game-Changing Archetypes for Founders, Leader and Impact Investors,” won a Gold Award from the Non-Fiction Authors Association. It is the book’s fourth award. Other recognitions include:
