A 15-year-old Edmonds-Woodway High School student reported to school authorities Thursday morning that a man attempted to lure her into his car along 220th Street Southwest near 76th Avenue West. The student, who was unharmed, ran away and immediately reported the incident to school administrators, Edmonds police spokesman Sgt. Mark Marsh said.

According to Marsh, the incident occurred about 6:50 a.m., when the man — described as a 20- to 30-year-old white male, bald and wearing glasses — asked her to get into his car. a gray or black four-door sedan, Honda or Audi, with tinted windows.

Officers did an area check but could not find the vehicle, described as a gray or black four-door sedan, Honda or Audi, with tinted windows, Marsh said. A bulletin was put out to surrounding police agencies as well.

  1. As a bald-with-glasses 40ish driver of a gray four door sedan, I would like to ask this perv to please knock it off. At least I don’t have tinted windows. Glad the girl got away, and that this is getting the proper level of attention.
