The Edmonds School District has scheduled two open houses Feb. 23-24 for the public to review its grade K-6 Writing Materials.
The District Review Team has finished the first phase in the selection of new writing materials for elementary schools. The team consists of teachers, administrators and district staff.
The community has an opportunity to review and give feedback on the programs moving forward in the adoption process. During the open house events all are invited to see materials being considered, to speak to the publishers and teachers, and to provide written input about the materials under consideration.
When: Monday, Feb. 23, from 4:30-7:30 p.m. and Tuesday, Feb. 24, from 4:30-6:30 p.m.
Where: Former Woodway High School, 23200 100th Ave. W. in Edmonds. Follow the “Teaching and Learning” signs to Building F, rooms 35-37
