– Delivery of the oath of office to newly-promoted Edmonds Police Sgt. Shane Hawley
– Annual updates from the Public Facilities District/Edmonds Center for the Arts and the Planning Board.
– A public hearing on draft Culture and Urban Design Element of the City’s Comprehensive Plan Update
– An annual report on the City’s Park Impact Fees, collected to help pay for park projects needed to serve new growth and development.
– Presentation of the December 2014 Financial Management Report.
Prior to the 7 p.m. regular meeting, the council is scheduled to meet at 6:45 p.m. with Sister City Commission candidate Alicia Crank.
