The Fully Fertile book group will begin meeting at Quan Yin Acupuncture in downtown Edmonds, starting Monday, April 13 from 7-8:30 p.m.
According to organizer Annie Kuo, the group will meet each Monday through July to go through the book “Fully Fertile: A 12-Week Plan to Optimize Fertility.” New members are welcome anytime and people can check the website for the speaker series schedule, she said.
The program covers natural and holistic self-care techniques to help women enhance their fertility and heal their bodies, minds, and spirits. These techniques include yoga, nutrition, acupuncture and meditation.
The guest speaker series includes fertility specialists in nutrition, counseling, yoga, naturopathy and hypnotherapy. There is no cost to participate in the book group.
