At EWHS, Meadowdale 9, Edmonds-Woodway 4

Elliott Reece struck out seven in a complete game as the Mavs downed the Warriors in the battle of the cross-town 3A rivals Wednesday. On offense, Max Johnson went 2-for-3 with two RBI and scored two runs for Meadowdale (4-4 league, 5-5 overall). For the Warriors (4-6, 5-7), Chantz Justice was 4-for-4 and scored two runs while Garrison Krohn was 2-for-2 with two RBI and a run scored.

At EWHS, Marysville Getchell 7, Edmonds-Woodway 5

Kendra Cooper had a triple and two RBI for the Warriors (3-3, 4-4) in their loss to the Chargers (1-5, 2-6).  Jackie Lovelace went 3-for-4 and scored two runs for E-W.
