17500 block Talbot Road: Victim reported theft of a patio heater that was still inside a box and had been delivered to the residence.

23600 block Highway 99: A juvenile female was arrested for shoplifting alcohol.

9000 block Olympic View Drive: Police responded to a vehicle-vs.-tree collision; driver arrested for hit-and-run and reckless driving.

May 11

7600 block 212th Street Southwest: Police received a report of Twitter account set up to harass 15-year-old girl at Edmonds-Woodway High School.

21600 block 81st Avenue West: A man was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, identity theft and possession of stolen property. The same man is suspected in extensive ID theft ring.

May 13

23400 block 75th Avenue West: Victim reported that bicycle that was mounted on top of vehicle was stolen while vehicle was parked in driveway.

8900 block 196th Street Southwest: Police received report of a person victimized by IRS/warrant scam. Victim lost $3,586. See our earlier video below for police reminders on how to avoid becoming a victim of this scam:

22000 block Highway 99: Lot attendant at local car dealership found a red vacuum bag that contained a meat cleaver, believed to have been left in the lot earlier that morning.

700 block Edmonds Street: A man reported that someone opened an online credit card account without his permission.
